A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Daniel Eubanks officiating. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Willow Springs Cemetery in Hickman County. Visitation with the family will take place on Tuesday, July 22, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
Jerry “Michael” Luna, a great husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend, passed away on July 19, 2025, at his home in Bon Aqua at the age of 73. He was born on February 28, 1952, in Dickson, to the late Malcolm and Gurline Moss Luna.
Michael proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked for many years as a plumber. Mr. Luna also attended the Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents: Michael was preceded in death by a brother: Donald Ray Luna; and sister: Linda Ann Dile.
Survivors include his loving wife of over 25 years: Judy Street Luna of Bon Aqua; his sons: Matthew Brian Luna (Traci) and Jason Wayne Moss (Christine), both of Bon Aqua; his daughter: Crystal Dawn Luna of Lewisburg; his brother: Jacky Lynn Luna of Bon Aqua; his grandchildren: Clarissa Jade Schenck, Maggie Jewell Schenck, Zachary Brian Taro Luna, Mason Cole James, Izabella Nicole Moss, and Jaxon Wayne Moss; as well as one great granddaughter: Delilah Mae Forrest. Also surviving are many extended family and friends.
