Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 3PM from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Vikki Dawson and Travis Plotzer will officiate. Addie Lorraine Lucas, age 87, of Dickson County, TN, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025.
Addie was born in Dickson County, TN on August 13, 1937, to the late J.T. Rayburn and Bertha Baker Rayburn.
Addie had worked in housekeeping at Goodlark Medical Center for many years. She was a carefree woman, who loved to have a good time. She loved dancing, loved sitting out in the sun, and welcomed everyone into her home at 110 West Ray Street. She loved her family and her family loved her. Addie fought a long battle with dementia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mose Lucas, sisters, Bobbie Bone, Gayle Coone, Sue Hodges, brothers, Sonny Rayburn, Tommy Rayburn, James Howard Rayburn, Ronnie Rayburn and son-in-law, David Dawson.
She is survived by her children, Rickie (Judy) Graybill, Vikki Dawson, Larry (Mary Sigler) Lucas, grandchildren, Chris (Melantha) Graybill, Jason Graybill, Amber (Tim) Taylor, Brandon (Katie) Graybill, Michelle (Brent) Aulidge, Tiffany (Grant) Lane, Michael (Kaylee Raines) Lucas, Paul (Brittany) Lucas, great-grandchildren, Tyler, Christian, Makayla, Ali May, Skylar, Jeremiah, Cameron, Adeline, Little B, Bailee, Paisley, Barrett, Bree, Nathaniel, Lindsay, Harold Wayne, Riley, siblings, Shirley Mosely, Donny (Linda) Rayburn, and Jerry (Brenda) Rayburn
