Anthony Ray “Petey” Nunley, age 65 of Dickson, TN, passed from this life on August 19, 2025, at Horizon Medical Center of Dickson. He was born on December 30, 1959, in Dickson to the late Albert and Myrtle Nunley Pollard.
Mr. Nunley was married to his devoted wife, Teresa, for over 30 years. He recently retired after many years of service from Nemak USA, Inc. in Dickson. He was a member of the Chestnut Grove Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Petey was preceded in death by his brothers: Kenny Wayne Pollard, Paul Tyrone Pollard, and Michael Leroy Pollard.
Survivors include his loving wife: Teresa Nunley of Dickson; his children: Genesha Butts, Treymonte Nunley, and Jequita Peoples, all of Dickson; his bonus daughter: LaTonya Peoples of Dickson; his sister: Della Smith of Dickson; and his four grandchildren: Sinclair Robertson, Sidney Robertson, Laila Butts, and Aubree Butts. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
