Gathering of family and friends will be held from 4-8pm on Sunday, June 17, 2018, at Taylor Funeral Home. Visitation will also be on Monday, June 18th from 12 noon until service time at 2pm at Taylor Funeral Home; the service will be conducted by Bro. James Carrington. Burial will follow in Rock Church Cemetery.

Troy Epps Martin – Age 74 of White Bluff, TN, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018. He was born on September 12, 1943, in Dickson County to the late, Doy and Verbel Martin.
Mr. Martin married Nancy Overbey on April 26, 1963. They were married for 50 years at the time of her death in January, 2014. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Connie Martin.
He is survived by his three sons, Troy D. Martin (Jennie) of Dickson, Tracey Martin (Dawn) of Dickson and Travis Martin (Beth) of Dickson; step-brother, Chuck Harger (Jackie); step-sisters, Patty Bishop ((Ricky) and Pam Hinson (Stanley); grandchildren, Lauren, Hope, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Abbie, Taylor, Jordan and Patrick; 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Martin was a man that followed Christ and a member of the United Free Will Baptist Church where he also served for many years on their school board. He loved his family and was a true provider of all their needs. He adored being outdoors, but his passion was fishing….no matter what type.
