Baby Billy Wayne Malugin was born into eternal rest on October 17, 2022, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
Survivors include his parents: James R. and Billie Jo Willhite Malugin, of Lyles; brothers: Max, Mason, and River Malugin, all of Lyles; maternal grandparents: Keith and Kelly Willhite, of Hurricane Mills; paternal grandparents: James D. Malugin of Lyles and Lisa and Archie Goff of Dickson; as well as several aunts and uncles and a host of cousins.
Billy’s family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
