Ms. Cynethia Lynn Sanders, age 64 of Dickson, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Cynethia, lovingly known as Peanut, was born April 2, 1962, in Dickson, TN, and was the daughter of Idell Sanders. She worked as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Tennessee and Indiana for more than 25 years. Cynethia was a loving, brilliant, caring, adorable mother and friend, who was deeply loved by everyone she met. She loved her family and friends forever. She was “Big Mama” to many children who loved and adored her. Her smile and laugh was contagious and undying.

Cynethia was a mother to 2 sons: Annson Javis Sanders and Corren D. Sanders and a daughter Arian Ceante Ja Sanders. She loved and protected her children with her kindness and charm. She was a natural entertainer. She loved music and she loved to cook. She loved to dance and sing. Nothing stopped her from hitting a step! Not even traffic! She will forever live in our hearts and memories and never ever be forgotten.

Cynethia blessed so many lives with her spirit, grace, and laughter and selfless heart. We will forever cherish loving memories of her. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and everyone she graciously touched in her lifetime.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Reginal Sanders; a sister, Robin Sanders; and a grandchild, Deja Sanders.

Survivors include three children, Corren and Annson Sanders of Evansville, IN, and Arian Sanders of Gainesville, FL; her mother, Idell Sanders of Dickson; a brother, Troy Cornell Sanders of Evansville, IN; two sisters, Felicia Sweafford (Jerry) of Springfield and Gerondia Dixon of Dickson; two grandsons, Dashaun Sanders and Alex Harris; and sister-in-law, Rene Sanders, of Evansville, IN. Also surviving are a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
