Funeral services will be Sunday January 19, 2020 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home. Place of rest will be in the Fernvale Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday January 18th from 4 to 8 PM.
John Howard Moran, age 76 of Lyles, TN died Tuesday January 14, 2020. Born in Only, TN he was the son of the late James “Jim” and Mattie Wright Moran and was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Nolenne Compton Moran. He was a graduate of Fairview High School. John was a retired Truck Driver and a member of New Spring Creek Church of Christ.
Survivors include his sons, Troy Moran of Ashland City, TN, Tracy Moran of Dickson, TN, Barry Moran of Burns, TN; daughter, Dana Hansen (Sean) of Burns, TN; 5 grandchildren, Tiffany Moran, Alex Moran, Sara Johnson (Eric), Rebecca Hansen, Sean Hansen, Jr.; great grandchild, Ellie; companion, Jackie Burkett of Murfreesboro, TN.
