Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 1PM from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Jeremy McFarlan will officiate. Visitation will be held on Monday from 11AM until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Dugan Cemetery.
Julia Mai Fleet, age 86, of Bon Aqua, TN, passed away July 17, 2026, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN.
Julia was born in Dickson, TN, on December 28, 1939, to the late Vance Owen Hyndman and Kathryn Mai Hall Hyndman. She was married to Archie Fleet for 71 years and was a dedicated homemaker and mother to her children. Julia loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly and will be missed by all her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Archie Fleet, her sons, John Larry Fleet (Kim), William Fleet (Louann), her daughters, Debbie Wilson (Eddie), Sharon French, her brothers, Delmer “Sonny” Hyndman (Karen), William Hyndman (Karene), her sister, Shirley Hyndman, grandchildren, Ashlyn French, Brenna French, Logan French, Fallon French, Brian McFarlin (Yvonne), Jared McFarlin, John Larry Fleet Jr. (Phoebe), Shawn Fleet (Rachel), great-grandchildren, Makenzie McFarlin, Willow Fleet, John Robert Fleet, Stella Fleet, Waylon Fleet, Julia, Olivia, Peyton, ex daughter-in-law, Diane Fleet, and ex son-in-law, Tony McFarlin.
