Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 3PM from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Rodney Parker will officiate. Visitation will take place on Sunday, beginning at 12 Noon until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Waynick Cemetery.
Larry Oneal Haneline, age 84, of Cumberland Furnace, TN, passed away on September 8, 2026.
Larry was born in Cumberland Furnace, TN, to the late William Burton Haneline and Mary Clorene Boaz Haneline. Larry was a fixture in the Cumberland Furnace area, serving for many years on the County Commission. His passion was farming and tending to his cows. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with family. He was an avid sports lover; especially the Atlanta Braves and Vanderbilt Basketball teams. He was also known to watch WWF and loved a good card game. He also enjoyed working the chains at the football games. He will certainly be missed by his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Biter Haneline and his son, Michael Haneline.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Daniel Haneline of Cumberland Furnace, TN, his daughter, Deana Jones (Brandon) of Marietta, GA, grandchildren, Craig Haneline (Amanda) of Dickson, TN, Danielle Arnold (Kristofer) of Dickson, TN, great-grandchildren, Annabelle Haneline, Harper Haneline, Sawyer Haneline and Atticus Haneline, all of Dickson, TN.
