Carolyn was born February 6, 1947, in Nashville, TN. She was raised in Fairview and made Lyles her home by the early 70’s. Many may remember her comforting smile and compassion when meeting family members and visitors at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home for numerous years. She was also a member of the Rocky Valley Church of Christ.

Carolyn had many talents, one of which was horseback riding. She achieved countless blue ribbons for Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, and Keyhole Race competitions in hometown Fairview and surrounding arenas. She loved nature and the great outdoors whether gardening and sharing flowers with her mother or taking summer vacations to the beach or the mountains of East Tennessee. Every Spring, she and her mother, sister and available nieces or granddaughters, would scour nearby Fernvale for additions to her beautiful wildflower garden. Carolyn had quite the green thumb.

She is preceded in death by her parents Allen and Viola Harrison, loving husbands Jerry Sullivan and Horace Fisher, and brother Danny Harrison.

She is survived by her sister Janet Harrison (Joe), her first born and loving daughter Kelly (Donna) Fisher, and dedicated sons Keith (Christy) Fisher, and Tim (Brandi) Sullivan. Carolyn was also survived by loving grandchildren Hannah Daugherty (Colten), Nathan Fisher (Kayla), Andrew Fisher, Laney Sullivan, Kolby Fisher, Tiffany Crespo (Carmelo), Kearstyn and Krysta Fisher. She proudly has ten great-grandchildren including one on the way. She was blessed with nieces and nephews and cousins who she kept entertained.
