Memorial services will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 11AM from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10AM until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Edgewood Cemetery.
Nancy Josephine Septin (Nancy Jo), age 80, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on January 8, 2026.
Nancy was born in Dickson County and lived in Dickson, San Francisco, Stockton, Lathrop, and Clarksville. Nancy moved to San Francisco, California after marrying Gonzalo Septin. They started a family while he completed his education at Golden Gate Seminary. She was a homemaker and minister’s wife. Nancy enjoyed traveling and visited the Philippines eight times with her husband. She moved back to Tennessee in 2021, where she was able to spend time with her family. Nancy enjoyed going to secondhand stores and vintage shops as well as doing word searches and visiting her sisters.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, Gonzalo Florencondia Septin Sr., of forty-eight years, her parents Johnnie Pillow (JP) and Lorene (Lucille) Jones.
She is survived by her children Anesia Gloria Gascon, Gonzalo Florencondia (Lilia Vargas) Septin Jr., and Johnny Septin, three grandchildren, Cassandra M. (Bryan) Juarez (Phoenix AZ), Domanick E. Septin (Modesto, CA), and Erene N. Gascon (Stockton, CA), and one great grandson Zion G. Juarez, two sisters: Peggy Ann Breeden and Mary Louise Bianchini, four nieces, and several great nieces and nephews. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, lola, aunt, and friend to all she met.
