Ms. Sherry Lynn McNeil, 75 years of age, of Dickson, TN, and formerly of Texas, passed away on April 26, 2026, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.
She was born in Jacksonville, Texas, on September 23, 1950, to the late Corbie Grimes and Mary Alline Beal Grimes. She was a member of the Jacksonville Nazarene Church in Jacksonville, Texas.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter: Amy Lynn Filler; and her brothers: Nathan Grimes and Frank Grimes.
Survivors include her children: Carl Snyder (Kristen) of Olathe, KS, and Molly Phillips of Fuquay-Varina, NC; her brother: Corbie Dale Grimes of Texas; and her grandchildren: Jacob Filler, Sidney Filler, Julianna Filler (Erick), Skylar Guarini, Raelynn Phillips, and Bentley Phillips.
Ms. McNeil’s wishes were for cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
