Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home.  Place of rest will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens.  The visitation will be held on Saturday September 5th from 12:00 Noon until the time of service.

Thelma C. Bell, age 67 of Dickson, TN died on August 31, 2026 at the St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was born in Dickson, TN on January 6, 1959 and was the daughter of the late Robert Dee and Marylyn Delores Corlew. Thelma was a devoted and caring woman who dedicated her working life to serving others as a healthcare worker. Her passionate heart and willingness to care for others touched many lives throughout the years. She was a member of Greater Faith Missionary Baptist Church where she shared in fellowship and faith with her church family. Above all Thelma loved her family. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love that will continue through generations.

She is survived by her husband, Mack Bell; her sons, Deon Bell, Roderick Bell (Dionna); siblings, Michael Corlew, Patricia A. Carr (Alan), Robert O. Corlew, Debra Corlew, John Corlew, Kendall Corlew (Shonnett); sisters-in-law, Earline Mallory, Sandra Williams; 5 grandchildren, Anijah Gress (Kylee), Mallory Bell, Elena Bell, Dejai Bell Champion, Jaden Davis; 3 great grandchildren, McKellin Champion, Koa Champion, MJ Champion; a host of nieces and nephews.
